Cats at GJ Crookes Hospital

These beautiful cats are all healthy and have been spayed and neutered. A big thank you to all the volunteers that have been involved in feeding and looking after them. It is also great to have the hospital on board with the cats being there.

Dog bed raffle

We had a raffle for a dog bed which was won by Daina Osborn from Scottburgh. They adopted two dogs from us some years ago and support us all the time. So glad to be able to give something back.
Mixed raffle

We also had a beautiful mixed raffle which was won by Yolanda Massy from Hillcrest. Her father, Mr. Smith from Pennington, collected the prize on her behalf.
Thank you

250kg Food delivered by Lourisha Searle from Amanzimtoti. She also made fantastic collors and leads for the dogs in the pound, chew toys for the puppies and is making beautiful shopping bags with a hand made flower on as decoration and on the other side will be our logo.
These will be on sale at both out charity shops at R20 each.
Please support this funding initiative as the number of dogs we feed is growing by the day.
Again, huge thank you Lourisha, you are amazing!

Gracie was adopted and is so happy. Her mom does amazing work in the rural communities and sometimes she goes with and they teach them about loving a dog. On the other days, Gracie goes to doggie day care and plays with all her friends.
